All of our teas are blended by hand in small batches. Please allow 2–4 working days for processing, plus standard Royal Mail delivery times (usually 2–5 days). You'll get an email when your order ships.
Yes! At checkout you can choose standard or tracked delivery options. We’ll always let you know when your parcel is on the way.
At the moment, we only ship within the UK, but we hope to offer international delivery in the future. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated.
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on tea or consumables unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If there’s a problem, just get in touch — we’re always here to help.
Yes. We source organic and ethically grown ingredients whenever possible, and every blend is made in small batches with care.
We always recommend checking with your GP or midwife before consuming herbal teas during pregnancy or if you have any medical conditions. Some herbs may not be suitable for everyone.
Our packaging is compostable or recyclable wherever possible. We’re always striving for more sustainable solutions and love sharing updates on our packaging choices.
